Dr. Ivana Gadjanski Stanić (igadjanski@biosense.rs)

Dr. Ivana Gadjanski is Research Associate Professor and Assistant Director for Science at BioSense Institute (Novi Sad, Serbia). She obtained PhD in Neuroscience from Georg-August University & Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry (Goettingen, Germany) on the topic of MRI of rat optic neuritis. Ivana worked as a postdoctorate researcher at Ludwig-Maximillian University – Munich, Germany and as a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Columbia University – Lab for Stem cells and Tissue Engineering – New York, USA. Her current research in Biosense Institute involves devising biosensors for biomedical and agrifood applications and bioengineering in cellular agriculture field. Ivana is a grantee of the Good Food Institute for REALSENSE1 project and coordinator of Horizon2020 projects DRAGON GA 810755 and IPANEMA GA 872662.
